The rooms are beautifully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and spacious beds.

The room was nice old and reasonably large and complete with comfy beds as well as big window, I had everything needed. The food was freshly made with a wide range of alternatives. The location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from a 16th - century mosque.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable enough for a weekend stay. The staff was friendly and provided helpful tips on nearby attractions and places to eat. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to shopping streets and other areas of the city.

The bathroom design was quite inconvenient, as the shower caused water to splash onto the entire bathroom, including the toilet. Additionally, the windows could not be closed properly, which allowed noise from the street to enter the room.

The breakfast offered plenty of freshly made meals. The location was magnificent: a market and a local market were within walking distance.- Had nice dainties at Gelato Fabbrica, located very close to the guesthouse.

loved my stay at this guesthouse in sofia! the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shared kitchen was a bonus. would highly recommend!

The staff at Hello Sofia Guesthouse were cute and accommodating. We had a small issue with the air conditioning in our room, but they quickly resolved it for us. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. a positive experience.

The location of the guesthouse is quite convenient, as it is close to the Serdica subway station and not far from the city center. it can be difficult to find if you are unfamiliar with the area or if you don't come with a taxi. Despite this, there are some comfortable cafes nearby where you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

One negative aspect is the lack of parking attached to the property, which means guests have to park their cars on the street. This can be inconvenient and potentially unsafe, especially at night.

The exterior of the building was not very appealing and could use some improvement. The graffiti on the building made it look abandoned, which was a bit off-putting.
